Shipping & payment
Every ForgePC build is assembled, configured and tested before it is released to you. Choose delivery or collection and pay securely through Stripe.
Delivery options
DPD delivery — Ireland
Nationwide insured delivery across Ireland for €26.99. PCs are securely packaged and sent using a tracked DPD service.
Local delivery — Dublin
Local delivery within County Dublin is available for €9.99. Delivery is arranged with you once your build has been completed and tested.
Collection
Collection is available by prior agreement. We will confirm the collection arrangements once your build has passed testing.
Delivery is currently available within Ireland only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on build completion, testing and courier availability. Your delivery arrangements will be confirmed once your PC is ready.
Payment methods
Pay securely with Stripe
All ForgePC payments are processed securely through Stripe. We currently do not accept cash or bank transfer for orders.
30% deposit
Custom builds require a 30% deposit before components are purchased and assembly begins. The remaining 70% is paid before the completed PC is released.
Full payment
You can also pay the full agreed amount through Stripe. Where delivery is selected, the applicable delivery charge is added to the full-payment checkout.
What is included in the price?
Our build prices generally include component sourcing, procurement, PC assembly, cable management, configuration, setup, testing, diagnostics, labour and applicable taxes. There is no separate standard assembly or labour fee added at checkout.
For higher-value builds, particularly orders above €3,000, ForgePC may apply a separate service charge depending on the build and requirements. Any applicable charge will be disclosed before payment.
Packaging & invoices
Where available, original component boxes and packaging are provided with the completed build. ForgePC does not normally retain customers' original component packaging after handover.
Customers receive an invoice and the relevant build or component specification for their order.
Warranty & returns
ForgePC builds include a 1-year ForgePC assembly and labour warranty, unless a different warranty period is expressly stated for a particular order.
Individual components may also be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. These manufacturer warranties are separate from the ForgePC assembly and labour warranty.
If your PC arrives damaged, faulty, does not match the agreed specification, or you otherwise have an issue with your order, contact us at hello@forgepc.ie.
